from 12 to 12
Monday, March 10, 2008My body clock has totally changed. Dammit. You see, eight months ago, I was used to turning in early (during weekdays, anywa) and waking up early which suit me well because I love jogging around the UP campus usually around 6am. But becoming a media drone again totally turned my sleep-wake routine upside down.
And now, even during weekends, I have a hard time sleeping earlier than 12 midnight. I tucked in about four hours ago but here I am, up and WIDE awake, internet-whoring. And I feel a tad frustrated because I really wanna put jogging back in my routine again. And I like doing it outdoors. Not inside the gym where I get easily bored. So…
Suggestions, anyone?
